This knife feels good in the hand, is well balanced, sharp as all get out and, on top of that, really lovely to look at. great value and I'm very pleased.
Its definitely not the cream of the crop, but its a sharp, well balanced product. Seems like it should hold up in the long run.
Very sharp and cuts wonderfully. Easy to use and clean. Has a sharpener but I haven't had to use it yet. Stays sharp even after cutting cardboard.
