This is probably the premium version of my Paudin chef knife which works very well. Significantly heavier than the chef knife. This is extremely sharp (so be careful). It stays sharp. Very well-made (superior toughness) and so comfortable to hold. Aesthetically pleasing. Love every details. This is definitely a must buy!
