Perfect size for peeling fruit and very sharp

Looked at many fruit peeling knife and finally settle for this 3.5". Glad I did as it was perfect to hold and it very sharp. It's effortless to peel an apple and pear. It also comes with a tip and edge protector when it's not in use, for safety reason. The blade looks like its a demarcus treated for the slight patten. Very nice

Functional and easy to use

The knife arrived sealed and well-packaged. Out of the box it felt nice to hold and comfortable in my hand. One thing I noticed was that the knife was on the lighter side of what I'm used to for a pairing knife. It seems the blade does not run thru the handle, which could be a good thing if you don't like a heavy knife. This also adds to the positive balance, which makes the knife easy to hold and work with. I'll try to update the review once I've used the knife enough times on its performance.
