Very sharp and thin knife
Very sharp knife out of the box. Easy to sharpen and hone. I can't say that it retains its edge very well (like my Japanese knives), but they hold up descent. Great value for your money with this knife. Lightweight and easy to maneuver for slicing and carving

Well balanced carving knife
I've been using this carving knife for about a month now and have been pleased with the performance. The blade is very sharp and its long enough to carve larger roasts. The blade is well balanced, and easy to grip. It feels sturdy in my hand making me feel fully in control when carving. The current price seems to be fair for what I received and I would recommend it.

The listing photos are an excellent example of the product I received. The fit and finish is very good, and the blade is razor sharp. I was able to actually shave the back of my hand with it. The craftsmanship is quite excellent. However, the listed value of this product for the purposes of my vine review is 70$ Right now it's selling for about 40$. My review is based on the stated value of the vine item. I would certainly not pay 70$ for this knife. 40$ is not a bad price. I removed 1 star for this reason.

Good knife.
Really solid slicing knife. Super sharp and thin, glides through meat easily. I've used it on brisket, roast, and even some veggies—no issues at all. Handle feels comfortable and balanced. Feels like it’ll last a long time. Definitely glad I added this one to the kitchen.

The bride was so excited to get these knives as a gift. She was hoping someone would buy them for her. She loves the knives and she said they are awesome to use. Always sharp and she is using them daily.
This is a really impressive well-made knife. It has a cool design on the side and is very sharp. It comes in a nice case, which I care less about because I chucked it and put the knife in my knife block.It's BIG though. A little too big for me.
Excellent build quality - smooth and natural-feeling wood handle with seamless transitions between material. This was a particularly unique find too - thin and small serrated knives like this are great for tomato’s but hard to find in a beautiful yet functional package. The slender blade makes precision cuts easy and fits easily into a knife block, even in paring knife slots. This knife has it all - looks and function - at a very reasonable price point.
This is a nice, heavy duty knife. I've been trying to slowly replace most of my knives and this is a great addition to my newly acquired knives. It's definitely a good knife for cutting large meat. It came well sharpened and I've resharpened it since and it resharpens easily as well. It's comfortable to hold and I feel like its a good price for the quality of blade you're getting.
