Plume Luxe 8" Damascus Chef's Knife

Knife was very sharp out of the box and has a good weight. Feels very good in hand

We own quite a few well-known brand chef knives. This Paudin knife was recommended by a friend and we decided to give it a try. The knife arrived in good packaging material with a very nice box. The first impression once held in hand was how solid the build quality is. The knife balances well in my hand, and cut through meats or vegetables with ease. Please note: this knife is extremely sharp, which is a good thing. Overall this is a beautiful high quality chef knife with a bargain bin price tag. Highly recommended.

I've never owned a premium knife like this one. I thought I had an excellent chefs knife, until I used this one. The difference is night & day. This thing slices through anything with the greatest of ease. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!
