The best knives I’ve ever had. Hubby is very particular with knives. Love the grip. Love how sharp and easy is it to cut things. Be careful!!! I’ve cut myself a couple times now. Definitely recommend!!!!
I see no evidence of the correct angle to sharpen these knives? I am thinking 15 Degrees but i could be wrong. Can anyone advise.
