Lifetime Warranty

We want you to enjoy our knives for a lifetime.

If any defects in materials or craftsmanship of our knives are found, we will replace the product at no cost. Paudin’s warranty does not cover wear from normal use or damages caused by misuse or use other than the intended purpose of the item.

If you experience any issues with your Paudin products, please contact us through our website or at order@paudinpro.com, and we’ll provide the best solution for you.


Warranty Overview

Paudin Store offers a rock-solid lifetime warranty. We do not provide repair services, but we will replace any defective product free of charge.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Wear from normal use

  • Damage from misuse or unintended use

We stand firmly behind our products and our customers. If the quality of one of our items does not meet your expectations, we will provide a refund or replacement.


How to Claim

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear image showing the faulty item

 Warranty claims apply only to items purchased directly from Paudin Store.


Shipping

  • Refunds or exchanges are issued free of charge if your product does not meet expectations.

  • For exchanges, shipping is free within the US. We use Amazon’s multi-channel fulfillment, ensuring fast delivery nationwide.

  • Certain locations (Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. & APO Boxes, rural areas, and new developments) may receive standard shipping.

  • Orders usually ship within 24 hours, with delivery times of 3–5 days. A tracking number will be emailed once your package is shipped.

  • To comply with postal regulations, knives must be securely wrapped to prevent cutting through packaging. Please avoid attaching adhesive materials directly to the product.
