CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Please contact us immediately via e-mail, order@paudinpro.com,  if you need to alter your order. We will certainly do our best to accommodate; however, if your order has already been processed for shipment, we will not be able to make any changes.

 


LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY

 

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All PAUDIN knives and kitchen tools purchased from this website are covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

You are eligible for free repair, replacement, or store credit if:
(a) Your product has a defect in materials or workmanship;
(b) Your product becomes unusable under normal household use;
(c) You receive a wrong or defective item.

This warranty applies only to products purchased on this website and does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper maintenance;

  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dull blades, or discoloration;

  • Products altered, resold, or purchased from unauthorized sellers.


Steps To Claim Warranty

Step #1 – Contact our Customer Support Team by email at order@paudinpro.com. Please provide your Full Name, Email, Order Number, and a brief description of the issue (with photos if possible).

Step #2 – Our customer support team will respond within 3 business days. If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (“RMA”) number and the Return Address.

Step #3 – Safely re-pack your product, attach the provided RMA form visibly on the package, and ship it back to our Returns address. Products must be returned with the RMA number attached and in appropriate packaging.

Step #4 – Send us the tracking number of the returning parcel. Returns without tracking numbers may be refused. Please use registered mail or another trackable shipping method.

Step #5 – Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a repair, replacement, or credit within 14 days. Please note:

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

  • For approved warranty claims, no restocking or handling fee will apply.


Important Notes

 

  • This Lifetime Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred.

  • Warranty claims are subject to PAUDIN’s inspection and approval.

  • We reserve the right to replace discontinued products with a comparable model.
