I am an odd duck when it comes to the kitchen, I almost exclusively use a paring knife. I know, strange. But it is functional. practical, and easier to work with without as much of a danger risk. As a result, I like to have a variety of parking knives. This one is a bit more slender and lengthy for many, which works well where others may fall short. The knife cuts well, has not shown any signs of dulling yet and is reasonably priced. It is fairly comfortable to hold, but may benefit from a slightly thicker handle. The knife has not shown any signs of rusting and it looks quite nice, I will say I am not a huge fan of the sheath. It is nice that it is included, and I have found it practical for tossing into a bag to include while camping, or putting in a loose drawer without a worry of accidental self stabbings, however, it is difficult to get it into the sheath to begin with, one must do so gingerly in order to be sure not to hurt yourself due to a narrow opening.
