Sharp, sturdy, and an unbeatable price

While I was a little wary about getting a Nakiri knife at this price, I decided to try it out based on the good reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at its quality. The steel is good and has held its edge well, it has a nice weight, the handle is very comfortable, and it has quickly become one of the knives I most frequently reach for. Chopping is much more pleasant with this knife.
