Cloud Premium 5" Utility Knife is a medium-sized knife, sometimes referred to as a “petty knife”. It’s one of the most frequently used knives in the kitchen. A favorite tool when precision cuts are needed, it can be used as in the hand as on the cutting board. The blade is crafted from AUS-10 stainless steel meaning that it is strong and retains its edge without being too brittle.

I bought this knife set for my daughter as a house warming gift, although she hasn't moved in yet. I have had a set of these knives for a couple of years, and they are excellent. My daughter is a keen cook and really appreciated these and they will get plenty of use. She uses my knives all the time. Looking forward to being invited to her house for food.
