I ordered a knife sharpener on 3Jan3025. Contacted Paudin who said it would be sent 11Jan. Still not received the item.
The best knives I’ve ever had. Hubby is very particular with knives. Love the grip. Love how sharp and easy is it to cut things. Be careful!!! I’ve cut myself a couple times now. Definitely recommend!!!!
I see no evidence of the correct angle to sharpen these knives? I am thinking 15 Degrees but i could be wrong. Can anyone advise.
