I absolutely love this bread knife! It is lightweight but heavy duty and well made. I love the design and overall aesthetic. It’s a great value and quality.
I bought this because my other serrated knives just didn't do a good job cutting my biscotti without cracking it. This simply works! It's also great on onions and anything else I've tried so far. Only downside is that it is sharp, so I am super, super attentive when using it because I don't want to cut myself.
